Join the Scottish Terrier Club of the Piedmont for a Hand-Stripping Seminar for Wire-Coated Dogs, presented by renowned Groomer, Peggy Browne, at the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord, NC, on Thursday, June 1, ahead of the Salisbury North Carolina Kennel Club and Greater Hickory Kennel Club shows from June 2-4.
Peggy started in dogs at the age of 13 under her mentor, the famed Sealyham Terrier and Dandie Dinmont Terrier breeder, Patsy Wood. Peggy's first breed was Sealyham Terriers. She had a successful handling career where she specialized in low legged Terriers. She piloted numerous terrier breeds to #1 in their breed, winning multiple Best in Shows along the way. Her career highlights include winning back to back Best in Shows at Montgomery County Kennel Club. Today, Peggy is very involved in breeding Sealyham Terriers and Scottish Terriers. She does Terrier show grooming for several breeders and owners in the Southeast.
